Datca peninsula is a paradise located at the south west of Mugla where Aegean and Mediterranean meets.

A unique peninsula rich in oxygen, with low humidity, untouched nature and deep blue sea.
This peninsula was once famous for its bad roads, but now so comfortable after long years of working. There is no other spectacular road which passes through Gökova Gulf and Hisarönü Gulf, because Aegean and Mediterranean accompanies you all the way long. You can’t keep taking pictures while passing among the trees.
You should definitely drink some water from the small runs or streams, but pay attention; it is alleged that whoever drink water from the peninsula never turns back.
Let’s take a look what the famous philosopher STRABON said for Datca:
‘’If god wishes one of his best man to live a long life, he will send him to Datca’’
The owner of this saying is an esteemed old philosopher ‘’STRABON’’. This is not a random saying which is proved by the long living of the local people. You only need to visit the villages of Datca to see the long living people of the town. Climate of the peninsula is the second cleanest air in the world and is like a drug effect for those who suffer blood pressure or asthma.
